Workman’s Beach parkrun is a free, friendly, timed 5 km run or walk through coastal bushland in Agnes Water. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, this event is open to all ages and fitness levels — runners, joggers, walkers, kids, and dogs on short leads all welcome.
