Explore our beautiful beaches…

Agnes Water main beach, a beach from a picture book! Learn to surf with Australias cheapest surf lesson with Reef2Beach surf school. Make use of it’s lengths of more than 6km’s and go for a walk or a run…

In spring and summer the main beach is patrolled by surf life savers every day, so it’s perfect for families. Right behind the beach is the Agnes Water Beach Holiday caravan park and a nice little cafe with ocean view… The main beach is the perfect allrounder.

But did you know that there are many more beaches around Agnes Water that you can explore? It might take a bit more effort to go there but it is totally worth it…

Camping with a view

Explore Workmans beach at the Workmans campground which is located on Springs road, past the police station and library. You can stay overnight for only $9 per person and walk down to a beautiful hidden beach. Even if you’re not staying at the camp site it’s totally worth to have a look at this beach! It’s close to town and you can reach it by walking, with bicycle or by car.

Read more about the campsite.

Get away from the crowds…

Chinamans beach is a bit of a secret… (probably not anymore after this blogpost!) It’s located between Workmans and Springs beach, so just jump in your car or rent a bike, for example at Discover 1770 next to Caltex, to get there. This beach invites you to relax, swim and soak up the sun!

The perfect hideaway

Getting to Springs beach involves a bit more time and effort but it is definitely worth it. Drive on Springs road, past the museum, Workmans and Chinamans Beach, until you see the entry to Springs beach on the left and follow the dirt road through a beautiful subtropical forest. When you get to the end of the road, follow the path down to the beach. This will also require a few minutes of walking but the walking trail to the beach itself is stunning… and when you arrive at the beach all this effort will be rewarded with an awesome view.

Enjoy the incredibly beautiful beach and natural surroundings, go for a walk or take a surf lesson on Springs beach with Lazy Lizard surf school.
